what does "should have to" means exactly in english? would be thankful if you support ur explanations with examples.

"should have to", refers to how something must be done. With "must" not in the sense that it is 100% needed to survive, but in a normative sense.

An example: "Nobody should have to reinvent the wheel.", Here the author implicitly tells us that people need to reinvent the wheel, but that he does not agree on the way that it is and says that it must not be like this, although it is like it is.

Generally it means "should be required to".

ex. He should have to clean up his mess. == He should be required to clean up his mess.
