Yes. I did want to know how.

And he showed me the way. To actually think that he chose me, for many are called and few are chosen.

Glad that you are here. ( :

Holy sh*t, that changes everything I have ever come to realize and believe. Why didn't someone tell me this earlier? How much time have I wasted?

It's a book. Granted, it is the number one best seller of all time, but a book none the less. It carries no more truth in it than Moby Dick, Lord Of the Flies, or Tom Sawyer.

Read the New Testament!! not just the passages we have provided..and if you leave your heart open to be drawn closer to Jesus, He's waiting for you.

It's kinda crazy the people who just bash and bash a sincere persons attempts to do what we've been callled to do as Christians. But my fellow brothers and sisters, ignore the foolishness of men and look only to God for strength and truth.
love ya,

First, without referencing the Bible, you need to show that the universe was created, that humans were created, and that a deity exists.

Once you've proven a deity exists, again without using the Bible as a primary reference (at this step, you may use it as a secondary reference however), that the deity that exists is YHVH.

When you can do that, then I'll worry about sins.

Yes, I would like to know.
I am studying the bible; but I just can't HONESTLY accept these verses alone plucked out to constitute salvation.
What about repentance, what about baptism, what about living faithfullly unto death, etc.

good luck with that.

Matthew 7:21 "Not everyone who says to me 'Lord, Lord' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven."

I do not have "sins". And I certainly do not require a children's book to indicate to me how to brown nose up to some being who supposed created me and then tells me that I have to believe in him and love him and do his will and kiss his.....well you get the idea, etc or else he will send me to hell. If I have people like that in my life who I have to do everything to be their friend, then they quickly find themselves our of my life. Hence the entity that you have made up can go take a long walk. Just my opinion.

Of course the bible clearly explains how to go about this process.
The only problem is that one would have to:
A: Believe in the bible and
B: Believe in the concept of sin.

Better luck next time...
