depends on you and the time of day, and how you are feeling:

tired = chamomile tea with mint
sore throat = ginseng/ginger tea with honey and lemon
sweet = peach or fruit berry teas

standard tea, that's good any time green tea or hibiscus

As for what to have to accompany your tea. Everything is a good pairing for tea. depending on the flavor of the dish. I prefer just tea by itself. It's already an appetite suppressant.

If your talking about afternoon tea, you can't go wrong with a chocolate brownie. If you are talking about the drink tea, sainsburys assam tea is the best for normal drinking, otherwise earl or lady gray or morocan mint tea. if your talking about the meal then make what you feel like eating xx

If you have time and energy make a breakfast pie.
Just get some pastry, or make it if you prefer. Line a tin and blind bake then add two eggs, some milk, bacon, sliced mushrooms and tomatoes and some slices of sausage. Bake until set.

If time is short and energy low how about a banana sandwich to give you some energy, or some good old beans on toast.

A mixture of sandwiches cut in quarters or eighths (without crusts) and baked goods. My favorite sandwich is called a bacon buddy (bacon on buttered bread). Cookies, bars or a bundt cake are good sweets.

If you are doing a classic tea, be sure to provide milk, sugar (cubes are classic), and lemon.

Wow. Bake some fruited scones, then have butter, raspberry jam and whipped cream available. Make some nice sandwiches and cut into quarters. This is the minimum, enjoy!
Cheers, Steve.
