About mid morning I start having a feeling of passing out. Not to the extent that I do but it is not even a dizzy sensation, the only way I can describe it is the feeling you have right before you pass out. Afternoon and evening I am fine! I am not pregnent I had a hysterectomy several years ago. I am on medicine for high colesterol and take an arthritus medicine. This started about three weeks ago and Im not on any new meds. It is driving me crazy! I just want to get back to normal. I have always had very good blood pressure also.

This sound serious, go to your doctor and please don't wait, we don't want you to faint and there is nobody to help you. Hope is nothing serious.

I have that feeling once in a while, and I think it's from anxiety. I have also had a hysterectomy. It could have something to do with hormones too, or as others have said, how you eat. I think that you should ask a doctor, but I've had this before and know that I'm quite healthy.

It could be a side effect of the medication or something as simple as low blood sugar?

Have you been checked for diabetes?

Do you take a vitamin and mineral supplement? Low potassium/magnesium levels can do this sometimes too..

You might have low blood sugar and it could be a sign of the onset of type 2 diabetes. You should check with your doctor and perhaps take a blood test.

For me it's low blood sugar. But I am also on meds for arthritis and blood pressure. Maybe we should check the side effects of our arthritis meds.
You could call your internist or even the pharmicist and see what they think.
For my daughter it is anxiety. Any new worries or stress in your life??

I can only think that your blood sugar may be dropping, and you are ready for your lunch. I would go to your doctor and ask him to do a test for diabetes. Also have you CHECKED your blood pressure lately?
