I am just starting and was wondering if anyone had any schedules or routines they used on how to alternate the videos? And how well they work?

I love love love love love tubo jam!!!

On Monday, Wednesday, Friday I do the 40 minute Cardio Party followed by the 20 minute Ab Jam

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday I do the 40 minute Turbo Sculpt

Sunday I do a 20 minute Cardio Party

I have SOOO many exercise video's but I haven't even watched any of them for the past 2 months because I love Chalene and the turbo jam crew so much! I give turbo jam two thumbs up!

I tried it and didn't feel like it was a good workout. But I'm an advanced exerciser.

i tried faster jam, notwithstanding it really is unlike i assumed it will be. i assumed it became extra like a dancing element(reason i love to leap), yet is maximum like a kick boxing element. in my opinion it really is fantastically boring try some thing else.
