I am wondering is it an itchy burning feeling. If so is it all over your foot or just in certain areas, around or between your toes, in the center of your foot. If so i think that this might be athletes foot. You can get sprays and creams, i sujest both. The spray is good for spraying inside of your shoes to kill any bacteria or fungus that is in them and the cream is obviously for your foot. I hope this helps. Oh ya refrain from itching, it can just help to spred it.

if u use also some special feet cream, u should be ok... if the problem isn't health related (fungus, blood circulation problem), then maybe shoes are causing it: bad quality shoes don't allow feet to breath .. I'm not an expert, but the only times i have felt the sensations u described were after wearing high heels for too many hours standing...

good luck
