If you fry an egg - no butter/oil., and you hard boil an egg, does the fat content stay the same? And if it does, does your body metabolize it differently depending on HOW you cook it?

The fat content doesn't change at all. The question of whether our bodies metabolize different foods based on whether and how hot they are cooked is a highly controversial one, and most would agree has not been definitively proven either way. It is better not to cook most fats at high temperatures, so boiling foods would generally be preferable to frying them.

The fat content is the same for the two eggs but IF you fry them in butter or oil THEN the fat content changes.

how do you fry an egg with no butter/oil?
the fat content stays the same, what changes is what you add to it. however nutrient contents do change slightly, just as any food does. If your worried about fat, don't eat or limit the yolks.

nope...the fat content stays the same. all of the fat is contained in the yolk of the egg. removing or reducing the amount of the yolk is the only way to reduce the fat content of an egg
