Not all of them, but most. Female orange tabbies exist, but they're few and far between.
Conversely, there are a few male calicos - but they're even rarer than female orange tabbies, and they're always sterile (unable to have children).
Here's an article about cat color genetics. It's a bit technical, but very well explained.

I had a female orange Tabby for 18 years, a very sweet kitty that died very old. I am sure there are male calicos out there, just not as common, I guess.

Hey I never really paid attention to that but it is soooo true! I've never met a female orange tabby or a calico male either.

The color pattern for the orange cat is statistically about 75% male and 25% female. That's just a roll of the dice - like humans statistically can be male or female. You still have families that are all boys or all girls or any mixture of that.
We had four kittens once at the shelter from the same litter - they were all female and orange.

No there are females too just that the male gean domanates most of the times but callicos can make males too but the odds are slim like 1 million to .01 I have 3 tabby females and I know this is true but if you ever find a male callico they are worth 10's of thousands very very rare and they don't live long natures freak but it happens

I have two orange tabbies that are brother and sister and they are almost identical. But it seems that orange males are more popular than the females.
