When a boy likes you..he trie his very best to know you better, be with you always and going with you...that at some point feel in love with you. He shows to you that he likes you and asking question about you.
If the boy never talk to you, then, wait for him to approach you...or make a finest move that he looks at you and start the conversation. Never try to flirt..that's bad for young girl like you. If you have some tactics or strategies, then try it, who knows....it WORKS.
