well, don't restrict yourself. Just eat as a treat and within reasonable portions

Yes, sir. I prefer nicely seasoned food and I dream of buffet tables full of tortes and eclairs.

South Beach diet frozen dinners are awful. I tried a couple about a year ago, forgot how bad they taste and then a week ago, I bought 2 more. Ugh! I actually would rather go hungry than force myself to eat another one of those.

I'm not sure of the point of your question, but yes, I like to eat good foods--fruits, whole grains, chicken, etc. Unfortunately, I also eat some foods that are not so healthy.
