the best way to reduce cholestrol is exercise ,yoga ,morning walk where the cholestrol can b dissolved and converted to other useful compounds like vitamin D

I was weighing about 108kgs. I too followed the same diet plan.Get up early in morning practise Yoga.Always drink 4to5 tumblers of water before u take the food.Completly leave all the fatty foods starting from chocalate to ghee.Within 4 months I could reduce 35Kgs.Sauna belt would never work.

Eat oatmeal for breakfast every morning or every other morning at the very least. I do and my cholesterol level at my last check-up was 123. That's the only thing I can attribute it to, because I certainly eat my share of pizza and eggs.
