you are one of the lucky-ones with no symptoms. a small percentage of pregnant women have no complaints like nausea, frequency of passing urine, irritability, sluggisshness etc, since your urine test is positive, you may rest assured .your doctor will perform an ultrasonogram and reassure you.

Just consider yourself blessed at this point. 9 weeks has always been a little too early for signs when I am pregnant. The first thing I always notice is being really tired. All of the sudden around 2 months I would be more tired than normal. Don't stress yourself out. I'm sure everything is just fine. Any day now you might begin to feel sick to your stomach or start experiencing severe heart burn. As far as urinating all the time, that usually doesn't start (for me) until the second trimester. Sore breast closer to the end of the first trimester and sometime clear into the end of second trimester.
Just remember a lot of things are going on with your body and hormones right now. And the books will give you a general idea of what to expect, but each woman's body handles pregnancy differently. Example: I have been pregnant 5 times and only thrown up one time. I just consider myself blessed.
Hope this helped. Take care

Lucky you! I would take another test to be safe, but I had no signs either and I was pregnant with twins!

There is no rule book saying that your breasts have to be sore or you have to go to the bathroom every 5 minutes in order for you to really be pregnant. As your pregnancy progresses you will have PLENTY of symptoms, so enjoy this time! I have a feeling that morning sickness isn't all it's cracked up to be!!!! :)

at the very least your breasts should be sore.but everyone is different though.and i wouldnt worry.and you dont start feeling the pressure to urinate alot til the 3rd trimester when the pressure of the baby on the bladder makes you feel it more.
