I think that you know you're in love when you feel that electrical feeling when you're with that person you care about. Also, you feel that there is no one else for you in the world, and you want nothing more than the best for that person. You feel that you like that person for more than looks, or money, but for personality, and for really who they are. That's my opinion on love, but if you ask me, you really won't know love until you hold your child for the first time.

It's not always fireworks and marching bands.
When you're in love it could be as simple as being comfortable with someone, even if you're just sitting quietly, with no awkward silences.
It could be always thinking about someone and wanting to be with them, hurting when they hurt, laughing when they laugh.
Sometimes love smacks you in the face, sometimes it sneaks up on you when you weren't even looking.
Love is being willing to sacrifice for someone, but also knowing that they would sacrifice for you.
There is no easy answer, love is different for everyone.

You just know. If you aren't sure, then you're not truly "in love". You can love someone without actually being in love, there's a difference.
