Well first of all, you need to let him figure out what he wants. You just have to sit back and let nature take its course. If he really likes you, then he will leave his girlfriend and try and be with you. You need to consider the facts. HE has a girlfriend and also likes you. What happens if you start dating him, and he started liking someone else!! Just be careful. You don't want to let yourself get hurt.

Tell him that if he's interested in persuing something with you, that he has to break up with her first. Don't be that girl who he uses to cheat with. Doesn't matter if she's a *****. You wouldn't want to be the one cheated on.
