It depends what kind of drugs you have done. Also depends on what form of the drug test they are going to give you. Hair follicle testing can test for drug use for more than 90 days after use. Urine depends, but if it is weed, then if also depends how much you use it. The more you use it the longer it stays in your system. There really aren't any sure far ways to pass a drug test, unless you just don't take drugs or wait until the drugs are out of your system. Also, remember not to drink too much water the day of for a urine screen because the test can come back as dilute and you will have to redo the test.

Don't have any drugs in your system that will cause you to fail the test, in other words, don't do drugs in the first place. Keep in mind it takes 30 days for to elimate drugs from your system.
