Our 1 year mark is coming up my girl told me she got me about 8 items but I don't know what to get her help me out ladies.

Do something from the heart like plan a day just for the two of you to hang out and have a cute surprise for her at the beginning or the end. A nice card telling her how you feel would be nice, some flowers, and maybe a nice necklace or a promise ring if you feel like she is the one you want to marry later. Just let her know how you feel about her the whole day but then again not just one day everyday.

Diamonds are A Girls Best Friend. Something simple but elegant. My bf got me a cross necklace with a tiny little diamond in the center. I was so overwhelmed and happy. I also was 17 .
It doesn't have to be something enormous or that costly, but you will never fail with jewerly. All we girls love it. It doesn't matter if she got you 100 items, she'll love it if you picked it out. Something from the heart from jewerly store always works!!

May I ask your age? You stir my curiosity when you say that "she's mature, of course."
The key to getting her gfits she'll like is to pay attention to her. When she says, "ooh, I love that song!" make a mental note. Thinks about what colors she wears, or what kind of books or music she prefers. Does she have one perfume she wears, and that makes you think of her when you smell it?
Is there something she needs -- are her favorite slippers shot, and you could get her more of the same?
The key is to show that you know her, and care about her, and pay attention to her needs and wants.
DO NOT go the gift certificate route -- unless it's for dinner for two at a restaurant she's been wanting to go to, in which case it shows you're paying attention to her desires.

I think a necklace is appropriate. There is no reason to break the bank here. Perhaps that and a nice dinner out? That sounds sweet and affordable.

get her 12 items one for every month yall together get her 12 roses 12 balloons a sweet anniversary card and the other 9 get it based on things you know she likes

got to get a girl is flowers and not just roses but her favorite flowers so its not always roses surprise her!

jewelry always works, flowers, a nice candle lit dinner, or picnic. take her out shopping, there are tons of things you can do. make a day of it.
