My opinion is that it means that man and woman will have children that will have "the fathers nose and the mothers eyes".
This is pretty simple but I don't believe that any of you have heard this explanation.

Sometimes, people use the passage in Genesis 2 where Yahweh forms the woman and brings her to the man as an argument for monogyny to the exclusion of polygyny. While it does show something of the fundamental marriage pattern, the text itself mentions neither monogyny or polygyny. So what is it saying?

»Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.« (Gn 2:24, KJV)

»Therefore a man shall forsake his father and his mother and cling to his wife, and they two become one flesh.« (Gn 2:24, CVOT)

This is the first occurrence of this term »one flesh« in the Bible and it is a prophetic declaration concerning the sexual aspect of marriage and the union of Christ with his people. Note that it specifically says »one flesh«, not »one soul« or »one spirit«. Men and women are tripartite beings, each consisting of a spirit, a soul, and a body (1Th 5:23) Much Christian teaching on marriage seems to lean in the direction of one soul or one spirit in spite of the fact that their is no verse of Scripture which says »the two shall become one soul« or »the two shall become one spirit«. In this first recorded marriage in Scripture, the pattern is that the husband and the wife become one flesh in sexual intercourse.

If there have been no Adam and Eve who sinned then why did Jesus come. there replace into no sin to catch up on thus no prefer for Jesus to sacrifice His existence to maintain us from the sin of Adam and the death that led to that sin. you are able to keep in mind that devil is a divider. you are able to settle for the completed Bible as actuality or you will stay divided in basic terms as devil needs. Jehovah God is a uniter. He prefer human beings to come again mutually under His King Jesus Christ to benefit some super advantages of His Kingdom rule.

I think there are many ways to see this - and I'm not sure that any of them would be wrong - having children is definitely a good example, physical intimacy is another, spiritual and emotional intimacy is also a big thing. I think husbands and wives are supposed to become united in as many ways as possible.

It is a phrase to me that symbolizes the way they should be treated by others, the manner in which they are to act, and the way God sees them to be once they get married. That is whatever one knows the other should know as well (no secrets among them), they should make decisions together,
they should be on one accord (or agreement on every decision) when making decisions, etc.
