Ask out the cute one because hot ones are usually the ones who let their looks go to their head and are complete jerks. The cute one will probably be decent, at least.

dont think about the looks but about the personality. take time to get to know both of them. go out for a night on the town with each one. Most likely u will click with one of them. If one guy just doesn't have similar interests as u, go for the other one.

you should pick the hott one because you don't want to be seen with some one that is cute but you do want to be seen with someone hott.

Go with the one who has the better personality. There are three rankings with guys:
1) HOTTIE
2) do-able
3) ugly dork
My bf is a HOTTIE in my eyes but in my friends' eyes he is do-able. But they all agree he has a great personality and he is really sweet and nice to me. Whenever he sees me he comes right up to me and gives me a hug. And he'll stick by my side, he won't leave me for his friends.

You must go whit your heart. you need to date only one, if you date both they will meet and fight or hate you. so be friends with both and then decide who to date, because a men that is in love do not want to be hurt just like a women.

umm, hun, relationships shouldent be based on looks if you want it to last. Dont be so shallow, theres more to people than just their bodies.
