Don't waste your money. There is plenty of free information available all over the net from reliable sources about ways to reduce fat, lose weight, etc. Just do some digging.

Losing weight is not a difficult thing to do. You first have to be dedicated to making a change in your lifestyle. Most people just diet to lose some preset amount but don't stick to it. Eating and living healthy must become a way of life for you if you want to maintain it.

As for the losing, clean up your diet first. Take an inventory of what you are eating and how often. Are you eating 5 to six small meals a day that consist of whole grains, lean protein and unsaturated fats? If not, that's where you need to start. Stick to whole wheat breads, oats and whole wheat pasta and white rice. Vegetables are also a great source for fiber and healthy carbs. Chicken and fish are your best choices for protein as they are lean cuts. Fish offers the benefit of Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids which are essential for losing the "bad fats".

Contrary to popular belief, some fat is necessary, just watch the ones you consume. Good fats help you feel satiated after eating meaning you feel fuller longer.

Also, you should be exercising for 30 minutes 3 times a week or more. This would be a minimum. If you enjoy other activities like running or biking, incorporate this as well. If you like weight training, you will only double your benefit as you build muscle. Muscle takes more energy to sustain than fat which means you burn more just by being alive!

Most importantly you must eat breakfast. A good breakfast is the conrnerstone of weight loss. It gets your metabolism started and keeps you feeling energized throughout the day.

If you are concerned about calories, find a good estimate by searching the web and then decide what kind of a defecit to run. Try not to run a bigger calorie defecit than 400/day though, as the effects on your metabolism may greatly reduce your chances of success. So if you require about 2000 calories per day (estimated) you might consume 1600 while trying to lose weight.

Best of luck to you in the future!

No I haven’t tried it but maybe you should talk to your doctor about it first because not all diet plans are good. Sometimes you don’t get all the nutrients your body needs when you are dieting. Most of the time people diet but don’t lose the weight they want because they don’t exercise regularly. Just my opinion :)

good luck
