why would a guy say this?
"its not like i thought you were ugly and wanted to have sex with you"
does that mean he only had sex with you because of your looks..or hes just trying to give you a compliment?

He's what you call a "typical one night stand".
He had sex with you because he was attracted to you and even if he is or was trying to give you a compliment... it's not a very precise one.
My advice... move on !!
