No details are giving in scripture about Jesus' schooling. However in the culture were he lived, the majority of boys did attend school until around the age of 13. Then they apprenticed to learn a trade.

Luke chapter 2 tells us that by the age of 12, Jesus could read, and was able to intelligently debate the scholars and teachers in the temple. He is recorded on several other occasions as reading, and at least one occasion as writing.

So it appears that Jesus was educated, and did well at his studies.

In the book of Acts, chapter 3, Jesus disciples are arrested and taken before the Jewish leaders. When they questioned the disciples, it says that they were amazed at their answers. The leaders said "Aren't these just common fishermen? Where did they come by this wisdom?". The scriptures says that the Leaders knew it was because they had been with Jesus. So it appears that Jesus was known as an excellent teacher, and thinker.

when Mary Joseph and Jesus were walking with a caravan to a big city they lost Jesus but assumed he was with friends. When they got to the city they found out that their friends did not know where Jesus was. The searched all over and eventually found Jesus at the temple leading a discussion with the teachers there.

I forget a lot of the details about this story so sorry but i would have to say Jesus did pretty well.

No Jesus did not go to school. His apostles were also considered men "unlettered and ordinary". His parents taught him the scriptures as God instructed at Deuteronomy 6:4-6. By the age of 12, Jesus was able to astonish the religious men in Jerusalem when he'd been accidentally left after a festival by his parents! He was obedient to his parents and listened to them, literally the perfect child! (See Matthew 2:41-52)

You know that part in the Bible where Jesus is 12, and all the doctors and learned men are asking Him questions. That was a traditional "final exam" for graduation from their schools of that time and culture.
(What wasn't so traditional was that He kept them entertained for 3 days).

He learned as all Jewish males of His time learned. He went to the Temples to speak about God and was noticed for His wisdom as a child. His skills as a Carpenter He learned from Joseph.

I'm sure he was taught in the synagogue. Somewhere in the new testament he wrote something in the sand. He certainly wasn't illiterate.

There were no schools for people of his social status at that time.

Universal education is a relatively recent concept.

Did Jesus of Nazareth go to school? Medieval people thought so.
