I did one yesterday. Here is a link to do a system recovery or a system restore Below. Copy and paste it into your add box. But I don't know what kind of computer you have or the details of it, but if you removed it within a few months than do a system "restore" first if you have that option on your pc, because what it does is rolls your computer back to an earlier point in time before you removed the program. I made a boo boo by removing my java software and i did a system "restore" and I got it back. And it's really easy step by step. But if you can't get it back, than do a system recovery after that because that is going to take your pc back to the beginning but it will save what you have on the desktop and anything saved in mydocuments. and some software like microsoft office you would have to install again, so try a system restore, then if the program doesn't come back up then do a recovery. The link I provided you is steps for a recovery. For a system restore, go to start-all programs-pc help and tools or something along those lines-it may be worded differently and you should see the options for a system restore and a system recovery. Don't get them mixed up... RESTORE FIRST, then recovery. It's simple to follow, trust me. good luck.

You'd have to be more specific as to what you did and knowing what software program it is would also help.

Did you got to 'control panel' > 'add/remove programs' or did you just delete the icon from your desktop?

If you uninstalled the program manually and you know what it is, just re-install it again! If you aren't too sure what took place, then you should attempt to use the System Restore facility in Windows. Just shout if you need help to use this.

If you ran the uninstaller then you are out of luck. If you just deleted it from Explorer it might be in the recycle bin. If it isn't then you are out of luck. Or maybe you can do a "System Restore" if you have been saving checkpoints. I don't use System Restore so I can't help with that.

hey yeah, try this: go to control panel (click switch to catagory view on top left.......if not already), then click performance and matnence, and on top left, click system restore, (if pop up comes up, then click yes), then restore it to just before you removed it.
