if you meant CLAIM -- as in on taxes -- yes. and you should have done it last year too.

if they are still living in the home and not claiming themselves, yes. i assume that you are talking about claiming him on your taxes. many people have older children that are in college and the help out financially. depending on your circumstances you can claim him.
