little white spots could be a sign of glaucoma i cant spell it tho - or eye floaters http://health.allrefer.com/health/pupil-white-spots-eye.html and you'll know if you have high cholesterol as the outer coloured ring of your eyes will have a white ring around it - lowering your fat intake can help as long as you know which fats to reduce - some are essential fats others are bad but see a dr and or an optician - a dr can check your cholesterol levels and if its high and can prescribe you statins which are available by prescription only alternatively some larger stores of Boots can also do these checks for you - good luck

MILIA.... no big deal. They are very common. If you want to get rid of them yourself you will have to pierce a tiny hole in your skin for the built up debris to come out of. If they are super close to your eyes then its probably better to let a professional extract them. I would definately say that it is best to see an esthetician that is experienced in extracting milia. You could also have them removed by a Dermatologist but it will probably cost alot more. Best thing to do is go in for a routine facial and ask if they feel comfortable removing them for you.

I advise you to go to your doctors, on Diet Doctors the other night they were pointed out as a warning sign of high cholesterol. I don't kow how you can get rid of them, but advise you ask your doc.

Its called milia, its very common underneath the eyes, its basically hard puss under the skin surface. Its hard to remove yourself because you generally have to pierce the skin to remove it but a salon could do it for you
