My doctor told me to stop drinking caffeine for other reasons than weight loss. But since i stopped i feel like my weight loss has been much harder even though i am doing the same thing. i thought it would help but am i wrong?

I'm not really sure I'm on the Atkins and your not allowed to have caffeine but in the past i have had caffeine tablets before meals to aid digestion, so i think that it depends on the diet!

well it depends cuz if you usually have a bunch of caffeine then you dont want to just stop all together cuz ur body will go in shock so just slow down on it. and it wont help u lose weight. and they say that if you eat to much of it that you can gaine weight

Well, I have some diet pills that I tried that have caffeine in them, so I'd say that it's supposed to help you diet. But it's not very good for you. Just work hard at losing with exercise and watch your calories, and you should lose.

Caffeine, or no caffeine, had no effect on my weight loss.

always have vegetables on hand saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic add some red pepper or turmeric for additional flavor and separate into portion sized containers for the fridge
