Please be very careful. You're 14 and still growing - you need proper, sensible nutrition, and proper, sensible exercise. If you do crash diets or excessive exercising you will ruin your metabolism for life, and you'll always have a struggle keeping your weight down.
If you need to lose that much weight, you should definitely consult your doctor about a sensible eating plan. You should probably aim at a diet of around 1,500-1,700 calories per day, based on your height, and aim to exercise for about half an hour each day, or an hour every other day. Good exercises for a person of your age include walking, swimming, team sports, running and dancing.
Please don't opt for veganism as someone here suggests. Vegan diets are often deficient in calcium (unless you eat a LOT of tofu) and you'll make your bones weak. You will seriously increase your risk of developing osteoporosis in your 30s or 40s if you cut out milk-related products at age 14. You may also be in danger of an early menopause.
A sensible amount of weight to lose per month is about 10lbs. If you lose more than this per month, you will probably be doing yourself more harm than good.
Please do stay sensible with your weight loss as it can seriously affect your health. You will get a lot of cranky answers on Yahoo but your doctor can and should advise you properly.
Good luck and best wishes, Bee x

I lost 40 lbs in two months by doing 2 simple things. Walking more places and listening to my body for signs of hunger. That is to say, I only ate when my body told me to eat, not because I was bored or because of what time of day it was. Then I ate only enough to make my body stop talking. It took really being in tune with my body, but it was worth it. I had great energy. The walking was not strenuous, but it got me moving about 30 minutes a day more than I had been. I didn't eat junk, but I also didn't restrict my food choices. (carbs or fat) I went from a size 14 to a size 8 in about 8 weeks.
I drank lots of water. I know that sounds cliche, but if you exercise and eat less, you're going to naturally become dehydrated and nothing else will do to replace what your body is 90% made of besides water.
It's not a miracle, but it is just being sensible. I've followed the same behavior for two years and have had the best results ever. It's just being healthy.
Good luck!

You can try working out or running from 30 mins. to an hour. But remember to pace yourself. Or try going on Weight Watchers or Curves. Try watching your diet and try not to eat junkfood and eat more veggies and fruits. Another possibility is to do both. My uncle tryed doing what I had said, and guess what? He lost 28 pounds in 3 months! It can really help you. Good luck!

you're able to do a lot of exercising. approximately 3 to 5 days each and every week. attempt to do resistence power training. I in basic terms examine on yahoo that as quickly as you do weight lifting it will advance your metabolism for 36 hours as against in case you do cardio it does not advance metabolism when you're complete. consume a lot of greens. Eggs. cut back out products with white flour and intense fructose. the desirable bread to get is interior the frozen area and that's called Ezekiel bread. Thats the actual wheat stuff. attempt eating a lot of blueberries and wheat grass juice. I hear they're good on your metabolism. yet you are able to manage your self to a SMALL advantages each and every now and then in the different case you will experience disadvantaged and fail your weight loss plan and weight objectives. good good fortune!

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!
