Not a lot of people worry about such things unless their careers depend on it or are neurotic enough to think it really matters. Those that are should save all their money now for those nips and tucks as it's going to be a costly endeavor for them. Most of us at 40 or over have college tuitions to worry about as well as caring for aging parents and our own health and would not want to be 18 again anyway. Some of us aspire to be a wise old sage or enjoy those middle years being a happy grandparent and proud parents. What's wrong with aging gracefully? I'm happy, are you?

40 is still young!! I plan to age gracefully. I will stay in the best shape I can, but I will learn my limitations and not push myself too far and realize what activities are "age appropriate" as I age. I'm not too worried about it. You're going to get old...there's nothing going to stop that.... If you spend your youth worrying about getting older, then you've missed out on life.

Not at all. I'm 42, and work out 5 days a week. I've never been in better shape, and I can bench press 360 pounds. Age is an attitude. If you take care of yourself, there's no reason to decline.

when u reach 40, the things that worried u now, willn not then, with age comes wisdom and u will mellow out a lot, at the end of the day its your family that meant the world to u, not your waist size

40 is hot! Michelle Pfifer, Demi Moore, Julian Moore, the incredibly sexy Diane lane are all over 40 and each is hotter than all the teen boppers all put together.

i try to keep healthy (not smoke etc but i'm only 15 soo there's no smoking here lol) so then when i get older, i might not have that many health problems. i'm seriously NOT looking foward to having to use a can or walker. that just kind of depresses me, not being able to care for yourself

Nope, I love me and my body. Just comfortable with age and accepting what comes with it.

Nope, what is going to happen is going to happen. There is nothing that you can do for things that you have no control over. No need to say that you are sorry. ♥
