If you are only dating and nothing physical is happening then there is no reason for secrecy. If they were to find out without you telling them it would be like betrayal. Mention that you do date and that you haven't found the right person yet, which is the reason for dating. If you make any reference to others refer to them as friends.
BTW, keeping dating on friendly terms is best. When you feel like you have found someone who you may want to keep, begin to separate yourself from the others.

If you never agree to date exclusively with either of them. If you are technically "Boyfriend/Girlfriend" I think this counts as cheating. Even if nothing physical is done. Why else would you want to keep it a secret? Why not try being up front, telling both of the girls that you really like seeing them but want to see others as well, it will score you points for honesty.

Let me say "NO" it is not OK,I say this because as a women I can fall in love with a man due to the non physical aspects of the relationship. So although nothing physical is happening you must understand the emotional aspects so you should let them know where they stand. You can say I like you a lot and although I am seeing you I am seeing other people and this is totally up to you.
NOT ALL FEMALES CAN HANDLE THIS SO USE YOUR DISCRETION

No its never ok to date more then one person and not tell them about whats going on. This is because its already starting your relationship off to a bad start by not telling the truth. When your trying to live this kind of life, trust me its garenteed to fail cause your relationships are based on lies. you cant do this without lies and who wants to be lied to, you???? I hope not but due wish you the best with truning this around and looking at what this is and can due to you and those you get in relationships with

No woman who respects herself would want a man who is dating several other women. You almost answered your own question when yousaid," keep it all secret" that means you know they don,t approve of your misconduct and lack of consideration for them. So, it really is not OK. If they are being with you exclusively then I think they would expect no less of you.

well not really , because the woman maybe lead to believe that something more is going to develop so there fore there dating under false pretences and that is not fare. having a relationship can be a wonderful experience and also a good relationship is based on trust. with you there is know trust as you are not giving these woman the truth about your intentions. its your call but wouldn't you Rather date and get to know somebody whom you might click with and maybe develop into something wonderful.

If its casual yes but if you are currently in a serious relationship with someone then no and one would recommend not even thinking about it because it falls under cheating, whether or not you get physical.

Keeping it a secret is not a good idea. Its okay to date multiple women, but be up font with your intentions with all of them. You would not want to break any hearts here.

Yes, you are just dating. Now if one becomes your girlfriend then you might need to back off on the dating or you could lose the new girlfriend.
