Has anyone tried this and does he work? Is it like you have to change your diet or exercise or what do you have to do to loose the weight and does it work. Im curious before i buy the book.

If it's anything like his other book, it will strictly talk about the weight loss sure they don't want you to know about rather than giving instructions on how to lose the weight. His other literature on diseases and illnesses did not list the natural herbs and medications. He only touched on how there are natural remedies for these illnesses.

I would suggest going to www.sparkpeople.com. It has a diet and exercise tracker that could be made especially for you and it's free. Good luck!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
