i am a young female in high school and i have gym class 5 days a week
for about 30 mins and i lift weights 5 - 6 days a week for 40 mins to an
hour. i weigh 112 lbs at 5'1 and i wanted to know how many calories do
i need to maintain my weight?? also i research some website say to
multiply your weight by 15 if you are moderately active. is this true and
does my exercise schedule seem like it is moderate active "
