vegan and organic lifestyle are very healthy and more natural,

I say this as a vegatarian who plans on going vegan and plans on eating only organic food(once I start making money, my parents pay for everything now and my dad is cheap).
Start her on it now, she will grow up healthier and happier, besides think of all the animal abuse you'll prevent.please visit PETA's website to learn more.

Yes, I believe it is. I'm not vegan and I don't eat all organic but I believe you can find all the proper nutrients you need from various sources if you look hard enough.

Also, I respect you not wanting to force your beliefs on your daughter, but I think you should consider why you would raise her in a way that you don't agree with yourself.

Yes, it is. I have been for over ten years now. It all depends on what products you buy. Morning star farms have a wonderful vegan variety (they are very high in iron and proteins and have more vitamins than some meat. Lots of new products out there that vegan's can enjoy. Everyone should take a vitamin sup, but if you choose the right things to eat, it should all be ok. My children continue to eat meat. I just make meals for them seperate sometimes. They sometimes ask me "Mom, why don't you eat meat?" I just tell them it's my personal prefrence. I cook meals normally, but I don't eat the meat portions of the meal, they do.

But, some of my vegan meals, the children LOVE! I have 8 year old twins that love veggies. They even help me plant my veggie garden in spring:)

Have a great day!

Yes, it can be done long-term. Lots of people do it and manage to stay quite healthy. However, getting all the essential nutrients is a bit harder on a vegan diet, you'll have to work at it and be more conscious of what you're getting. Going all organic will be considerably more expensive, but no other real downside.

Eating organic food is good for you, but being a Vegan is not. It is said that people with group A blood trype are better with a vegetarian diet than others, but completely vegan lacks many essential foods. You will probably become susceptible to all sorts of infections, become aneamic and pale.

Organic is not necessarily better - vitamins are needed if you are going vegan, especially B12. Organic seems to be a fad lately, and is not necessarily healthier...

Yes. About your daughter, feed her what she wants, within reason, obviously.
