Of the two choices, I'd have to say it's racist only because I don't know what ambiguous means.

Yep it's racist. Even if some people think it is just pointing a finger at the police, it still places a black man in a negative stereotype of being a criminal.
You can read it either way. The police are racist and only arrest black people OR black people are mostly the ones who need to be arrested.
Either way, if you're taking a survey put me down in the "racist" column. If you're trying to convince people that your racist joke isn't racist, you're wasting your time.

I didn't really understand it untill i read an answer below. Its not the funniest thing eve but i did laugh. And no its no rascist or ambiguous. I actually love racist jokes so (no offense to the people who dont) so keep writing them!

i think its funny. i am a blone and people are always making fun of me even to my face. and i dont let it get to me. people are free to think what ever they want i am only on earth to please God , my kids and my Husband and i really dont care what everone else thinks.
