I'll be 18 in 5 months. I was curious if a 17 year old girl dating a 22 year old guy, is too big a difference. We're not together, I'm just asking in general.

age is just a number huney, if u love him and he loves u it doesnt matter wat age, just try to ignore it, itll be hard people will say alot but its for ur lvoe that matters. age is just a number! best wishes

Normally I would say age is no biggy. But you are in two different stages in you're life. The 22 yr old is going to want to go to bars and the 18 yr old can't and will be left behind. It depends on what you guys like to do and how mature you both are.

I don't think the five year age gap is an issue in itself, however; I think 17 is a little young....
The experiences the 22 year old has had in comparison is huge at this point.
When you're older, the age gap won't seem much but at this point, it is.

i dont think it is im 17 i was dating a 22 yr old and i wont be 18 for about 4 more months just as long as your parents approve and plus its only 5 yrs so yea.

I was 17 dating a 22 year old guy and life was perfict. Im so glad i meet him my life is now 20x's better.. If you get along and the parents don't mind then why not..

it is too big of an age difference, I rather be dating 3 + my age tops.

No, I don't think so. The only problem is that for the next five months he is of legal age and your not.
