I noticed about three years ago when I became single again. I began exercising to help deal with the tension and stress of ending my marriage. One day I looked in the mirror and really noticed that my body had changed for the better. I think I look better now than at 20. Pretty damned satisfying. I'm 39 now and in a size 4! I still wear a bikini to the beach. Life is definitely good.

I hope 40 isn't the new 25, I don't know how I'll cope with being so young, and going grey....
I'm not even going to mention the wrinkles...
I think I might take the ageing disgracefully option, rather than trying to keep up with people that are a lot younger, and fitter than me.
Life has always been good, I feel young when I hug teddy bears, and I kind of like having wrinkles, and (the not so few) grey hairs.
:)

I like the way I look now better than when I was in highschool except for a few wrinkles under my eyes. I feel like the song "Dream On" by Aerosmith sometimes. I don't know where the time has gone but I try to live for today and age is just a number.

I think these days people are taking better care of themselves so they look better and feel better longer. Age is really a state of mind and life is what you make of it at any age. Actually, I have found the older I get, the more comfortable I am in my own skin and with the person I am.

When I saw that "20 is the new 40" and "25 is the new 50". When will these youngsters learn that they have to take better care of themselves.

I'm 32, am done having kids, am happily married, have had no plastic surgery, have a great sex life, etc.
32 is my favorite age so far. I have found too, that, it just seems to get better and better.
Besides, have any of you looked at one of those articles you're refering to? They'll say how so and so looks much younger than she really is. If I had to guess ages of alot of women, I'd guess at her age or higher. With all these "skin-pulled-back, grapefuit round boobies, and perfect skin people" walking around, I just assume they're all, like 78, and just had a lot of work done.
