You can't ,not buy the seed legally.
Some bird seed mixes ,contain a few marijuana seeds
( they sprout up occasionally, where we clean out the finches cages )
, pretty plant , but it is illegal to grow it
Not worth doing

If you have a medical prescription for marijuana, you and your designated sponsor can go to several "farms" or hydroponic suppliers and purchase seeds, starter-plants and the hydroponic equipment to grow it. Your pharmacologist can help you find these "providers". If you are not in a prescription program check out "High Times" or some of the other magazines out there. I wouldn't be asking here if you're not legally authorized to grow it, however.

Buy a sack of weed, the mid-grade stuff w/ seeds. Roll a doobie, keep your seeds. $50 should get you a nice sack. And, yes it is illeagal, but I figure you are aware of that. Hey, if you want to burn the devil-weed, don't get caught!
