If I am not mistaken, Meridian was the diet pill that made you have loose stools. I am not sure if they took it off the market or not, i havent heard. But the only thing i remember about it was after you take it be prepared to visit the super bowl to drop the browns off. Kind of nasty I know, but that's all i remember about it.

Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week and you can easily do this without the help of any diet pills. These pills may get more than 2 pounds off per week but it is unhealthy and probably not long lasting. As soon as you stop the pill the weight will come back and you will gain more weight than you lost putting you in a worse position. Instead of trying to lose weight quickly try to do it over a period of time. It is healthier and more likely to stay off for good.

It seems like I heard something negative about Meridian. Unfortunately, I can't remember exactly what it was. Be careful.

Meridia was released in the mid 90s, I believe. My doctor told me that it has been taken off the market because it made folks sick. Similar to a FenFen or Redux effect. It was made to decrease appetite in a prescription form, this then made you eat less.

That's been around for ages and was, at one time, taken off the market along with phen-phen. I would consult a doctor before taking any diet medication.

Yes.. and it was also one of those with a class action lawsuit against it because it is so unsafe. You don't need to pop pills to lose weight.. You just have to get moving and watch what your eating.
