Well, you have to figure out if she likes you as more than a friend. Ask her if she wants to go on a date somewhere, compliment her, tell her you like her. The worst that could happen is that she tells you she only likes you as a friend, all you can do is try. Some of the best relationships start out as friendships.

Well, you can try inviting her to a romantic movie, and maybe try flirting with this her. Invite her to your house, and introduce her to your parents.
