Is there any spray or some store you can take it too. I live in Madison, Wisconsin. Is there any chain or big box stores that offer a repair program at all? Thanks.

All those spray on DVD/CD cleaners don't work. I've tried many of them and they are all rip-offs. If there is a true scratch you're pretty much out of luck, your only chance is if there were dust on it which you could wipe off.

Use a Cd/DVD repair kit like Skipdoctor or RCA Discwasher. You can find them almost anyplace that sells DVD players and CD Players - Best Buy, Radio Shack. They start at about $8.

I have used alcohol or windex and a lint free cloth and sometimes can get it to work that way... good luck

Wipe it with a very soft cloth. If that does'nt help, there's nothing you can do. Buy another one. Once the damage is done, it can't be repaired...

Basically, you are out of luck.
