This scripture is not in the bible. Is it possible you are asking about the ancient proverb "The eyes are the window to the soul"? This proverb can be interpreted in many different ways. The soul dwelling in the body looks through the eyes as if looking through a window. Looking into a persons eyes can reveal characteristics of ones soul. Behind the eyes lies the true placement of the soul. Like all ancient proverbs the statement is posed to cause one to ponder, to think. Your question can be better answered by looking within yourself. Open yourself up, meditate, think about what it really means to you, and you will find the answer you are looking for.

Jesus wants our "eyes" not to wander. He wants us to have a single goal.........the Kingdom of God. If we let our eyes be focused on any other thing than the kingdom we are focusing on darkness. Do not be double minded so to speak. To be in love with the world is to be an enemy of God. Focus on Him and His kingdom and be full of light. One goal one purpose ..........seek ye FIRST the kingom of heaven. Singular goal singular light.

The eye is a powerful gateway to our body, soul and spirit. Whatever we allow inthrough our eyes will fill our entire being. For example, if we are looking at pornography, our minds will be filled with porn images. If we watch violent movies and TV, our minds will be full of violence.
Messiah pointed out that we have the power to choose what we view with our eyes. We have a responsibility as followers of Messiah to ensure that we are not feeding our eyes with evil. If we choose to look at wholesome and good things, we will be full of light, shining like a lamp. This in turn will help us get our thoughts focused on G_dly things instead of sinful things. Paul wrote, Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable--if anything is excellent or praiseworthy--think about such things" (Philippians 4:8 NIV).

I don't believe in god or scriptures... but you can tell alot from a persons eyes. Body language is about 70 percent of how we communicate, and the "eyes" have it... as in the most expression besides posture.

It mean for example: If you watch fighting and killing on TV, then it is going to get into your mind and you will begin to enjoy it more every time you watch it. And one day, you're going to watch it and you are going to want to see it for real, not on TV. In fact more people you heard on the news about teen killing people all started from what TV shows, movies, or video games they watch at home.
