AS per the Saudi Immigration law, you can not able to re-enter to Saudi Arabia. If you can manage to get a no objection letter from your existing sponsor of KSA then the procedures will be easy. You can submit your passport to the Saudi embassy for the new visa stamping along with the NOC. Then it will workout. Otherwise you have to complete three years outside the kingdom to apply for a new visa.

The Qatar visa stamped on your passport will not make any difference. The NOC should be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of KSA prior to submit to the embassy.

Try your best, good luck.

Earlier i heard that no more NOC required to come back to Saudi for job,so i asked a reliable Indian agency in mumbai (GGHEEWALA) about this .
They replied that you must have NOC or at least 12month after your exit from Saudi to re stamp visa for job.
