Has anything you have read on Yahoo Answers?

caused you to change the way you eat or think about food? Have you learned anything useful that you did not know?

Oh yes, I've learned some useful things from here. Anything from the science behind food to easier preparation, interesting tips and tricks in the kitchen, etc... I can't tell you any of them though because I just incorporated them into my routine and it's normal now. As my father always said, "Education never ends."

I think you're asking specifically about food, but in different places, other than food, I have learned how other people think. I am a conservative Christian and run in Christian circles; therefore, I have a limited view of specific issues. I like it that way; it keeps me focused. On Yahoo answers, I am able to see other people's opinion and am able to shut them off when I have had enough. I have learned that it is not the conservative Christian who is intolerant and judgmental; it seems to be the militant liberal "let's get along" crowd that seems to be the loudest and most aggressive to any view that opposes their own. They tend to violate anyone who holds a polar view; thus, having other's answers taken off the page by Yahoo. What they say, what they do and how they act are two very different things. These type of individuals often will justify ruining thousands of people's lives to save a single whale. I could spend hours attempting to understand these types. On a lighter note, I couldn't buy this type of entertainment when it comes to some of the stupid and moronic views or opinions I come across on this venue.
