OMG ARE THESE PEOPLE SERIOUS?????
Okay for the chick that said to give him citizenship and send his parents back....ARE YOU SERIOUS??? wow.

I say amnesty for all, they've been here for such a long time, obviously looking for a better future, don't treat them like felons.

You can not make the kid responsible for braking the law, he is here illegally but it is because hes parents, do i don't think is justice for hem, but is the law!!, the law says that if you are here in the USA illegally you have to be sent back to your country, but i believe if he hires a lawyer he can have some kind of protection or ask the government to have a permit to stay, but he will have to prove that he does not have anywhere to go if he is sent back to hes country, because he have lived in the USA all hes life, so i think immigration will understand that but he will need a lawyer to fight for hes rights. He shut contact a lawyer as soon as possible because if he is over 18 he is on hes own when it comes to proses anything with immigration.

If a child of 5 enters the US with a green card and lets it expire then that child should leave then. Once the green card expires it makes the person illegal. It is up to that child and the parents to make sure that the green card doesn't expire or they obtain citizenship before it happens.

Yes, illegals are and will be illegals. That child should blame the parents for letting him live an illegal life.

Sorry, yes. He's ILLEGAL. It's his parent's fault that he's in this mess, not the American citizens. It doesn't matter that it's his parent's fault - he still MUST leave because he's ILLEGAL.

He's already received benefits that he wasn't entitled to. He definitely should not be given citizenship automatically. That rewards an illegal act. He can apply, back in his home country, but he's ILLEGALLY here!. That's the law.

WHAT PART OF ILLEGAL IS DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND?

La ley es la la ley (The law is the law!).

Should we disregard the law (in the same manner as corrupt Mexican law officials) and lower our country's standards?

SYMPATHIZE WITH THEM ( illegals) FOR THEIR PLIGHT BUT CONDEMN THEM FOR THEIR LAWBREAKING.

They will achieve their revenge when the American economy degrades to the point where American workers will be swimming the Rio Grande in the opposite direction.................................

Its not the kids fault, but he does not belong here, and if he wants to stay here, then he should go back and apply legally.

He'll have a better life if he go back to his native country, it'll be hard for him to find a job if he doesn't have citizenship

I think it is not fair. Anyone who has lived here for at least 3 years is going to have a hard time if they get sent back to somewhere they don't know. I will feel really bad if my kids get sent back because I brought them here.
