if you smoke pot on a regular basis. and are applying for a job that takes hair samples as drug test. what is the best way if any to remove the remains of it in hair so it doesn't show in hair sample?

beyond snakeoil products of which I have no experience you cannot. This truly is a case of "you are what you eat" and the THC metabolites that where broken down and processed in your blood will end up inside every part of your body, including your hair.
In fact, all drugs you put in your body end up in your hair...and the average 1.5" long strand sample size they use coverage about three years worth of examination period.
"Aside from abstinence, beating or passing hair drug testing can be quite hard, and as with any drug test, there can be false positive test results. Bleaching or dying one's hair is rumored to work, but it really doesn't. Shaving the head doesn't work either, because the testing agency will simply use hair on other parts of the body. Even a whole body shave will not evade the drug test, because the hair that grows back is just as good as the hair preceding it. Suffice it to say, once its in, its in."

If you're in for a hair test, you might be out of luck. If you're serious about getting the job, then quit smoking for a while. Explain to them before the drug test that you have smoked pot in the past so it will probably show up, but it's not something you do anymore. Maybe you'll have a chance. . .
Also, they do make a product that you wash your hair in that's supposed to strip it of any drug evidence. Not sure how reliable it is but you can find it at your nearest head shop.

There is no way to remove it from you hair as it is in the hair follicles. If you smoke pot you will not pass a drug test. Also they will most likely even be able to smell it on you if you use it often in places like your bedroom where your clothes are etc.

well you are basically ******. Because the signs of THC remain in the hair for atleast a year, and cannot be removed. You may try bleaching, but that is even a long long long shot. I would shave my head, or buy a wig from real hair. Other than that...well...you almost a certain fail.

you cant. i work at a drug rehab center. even if you cut your hair off, it wont work like you want it to. Your hair growns about a half inch every month and it can date back for as long as you have been smoking.
the vinagar and pickle juice method does not work.
and if they cant get hair samples from your head, they go to your underarms, then legs and arms, then pubic hair. We have even gone as far as getting hair from around the anus.

Sorry toker, shave your head, & quit smoking or your screwed. There is no way to remove it. What kind of job goes to that kind of expense to test workers hair?!?
