Depends on what type of soup it is. If it is a cream base soup, then add more cream or milk to thin it. If a savory base then add more broth or water to thin.

To thin a soup that is to thick depeding on the stock use beef both or chicken broth; thins it down and gives flavor.

It's as simple as adding liquid. A little more cream, a little more broth - or even water. If your soup is too thick, gradually stir in more liquid until it reaches the perfect consistency.

You either diluted it with some water before cooking it, but I suggest that if it is some sort of creamy soup - then add Milk.
But if it is NOT creamy, then you add Chicken broth or Beef broth. Good luck!

u can easily thin ur soup by heating it till it boils and then add water (very slowly) and give it a good stir for 1 min......gud luck
