It is very possible if you exercise regularly (about 5 days a week) and eat very sensibly. You should not lose more than 5 lbs a week.

Yes. Here is what I did.

Burn more calories than you eat.

Cut your fat intake.

Eat three cups of fat free low cal yogurt a day (make sure it has live cultures in it) and pineapples. This helps you break down your food and promotes weight loss..

Do 45-60 min. of aerobic exercise a day (preferably before you eat in the morning). This will attack the fat. Try to supplement your training with some running, running stairs or hills, and cycling. Mix it up, it will keep your body guessing.

Do 30 min of weight training three times a week. This will build lean muscle which will in turn burn fat.

Keep moving all the time. Tap you feet while at the computer, tap you hands on your legs while walking. Keep moving and keep burning calories.

I lost 40 lbs in two months and have kept it off for eight more months doing this. I did not lose any strength and gained more energy. I also took my body fat % from 30% to 12% and my waist from 36 inches to 31 inches.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

Bride....that sounds like alot to lose in 3 months...what if you split the diff and went for 20...that would be doable....I wouldn't reccomend this for long but when I wanted to lose weight quickly I found a really quick way....but again..not for a life diet, just a quick fix.....
eat somewhat less but after you do take a couple tablespoons of cider viniger......sounds really gross...and it is...but it renders the food you have eaten to be unabsorbable calories..I am not saying that it is good for you....take vitamins so you don't get sick and also kelp pills...(iodine) will keep your metabolism up there....really, this is not the healthiest but I lost about twenty in about 8 weeks or so....just be careful that you don't lose too much ...i don't know how old you are but you don't want your face to start looking saggy from too much weight loss....if you are young...that is a non-issue.....please use caution with this..don't ever do the viniger w/o eating first....it will eat your stomach up.....good luck.....happy wedding......!!!!!

Oh yes....and bronze, it always trims you....I reccomend jergens natural glow....it makes your eyes pop too and you can wear less make-up....don't use it the day of the big event...it may also "tan" your dress.........hope this helps!!!!

Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. In 3 months you can lose up to 24 pounds.

Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the calorie calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/caloriecalclb.html This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.

yes, if you work hard enough and you have that much fat to burn...

but its not a good idea to lose weight that quickly. You need to lose it slowly, and not gain it back once losing it. Going in waves up and down has severe consequences on your health.

Possible, yes.

In a healthy way? only with difficulty. You'd need a very strict diet and exercise regimin and you should have a Dr monitor your progress if you try it.
