We can ban the beggars from begging near the temples, roads etc. and also find a way to help them come up in their lives, the day you improve your English language.

No one can stop or ban a beggar by law or by force and it is not wise to do so. Now a days it has become a easy source of earning even those are not needy also begs. We can stop them only by helping them get better source of living.

I have a wonderful idea to stop beggars is to display a slogan inside temples and every places likely. Which is, God says "I promise that I will punish them instead of furnish them who will give alms to beggars instead of work". This should be done all over India so that beggars start finding job.

first of all you should have the time and will to uplift their condition, only talking on this forum will not help, go and mix with them and you will find the answer to your question, first find their out their problems then may be you could help. i think nobody here knows beggars very well or is willing to help those people who can't help themselves(except a few beggars who really need help, most of the beggars want to reamain beggars for their whole life).

If the Temple has money and can afford it, give the poor man a job doing something for the Temple.

Listen to his story. Find out why he is where he is in life? Find out if he really wants to change it. Then, if he does, help him to find a way. It may be to help find a home or a job or medical care. Be willing to put your money where your faith is. Not just give it, but spend time with him and use it for his good. Christ said, whatever you do for these the least of my bretheren you have done to me. Give of your time and you will soon see whether or not he is sincere in his desire to change.

I think the poor should be burned for fuel and their ashes mixed with mortar to repair roads. This way, they are actually contributing to society and freeing up lots of resources to be enjoyed by the only people who really matter; the wealthy.

None can ban beggers near temples.
All religions say: DONATE. Go to heaven.
Donation is not bad. It is good.
Begging may be wrong but it is necessity.
Begging is not easy.
Today I gave Rs. 20/- to old lady who asked help for marriagel of her daughter. I not made any enquiry for the same. I gave money to old lady. You can stop donation.
