Tussie Mussies are usually silver or gold. Then you have the bouquete holder that is plastic and holds a green oasis. The oasis holds the water for the flowers as well as being the base for the design. You can have a cascade, round, or nosegay made using those. They can also hand tie them using ribbon if you don't want to use the holder.

a bouquet holder....i think it might depend on what style of bouquet your going for. if its a hand tied one then you wont have a holder, it will be your bouquet wrapped with ribbon. if its a cascade style, then you will use the holder.

if you are referring to the plastic ones, florists cal them BHOs. or BHSs. BHO= bouquet holder oasis ( water for fresh flowers) BHS= bouquet holder sahara ( for dried or silk flowers)
