From your last question as well as this one it looks like you are in a panic. If you are in any doubt about your health or weather you are carrying then go see the doctor. You are not the first or the last one to be pregnant so get seen and be calm about this. You may want to talk to another adult female too so find someone you can confide in. Do NOT try to do anything foolish ok? If you are trying to cause a miscarriage you most likely will hurt yourself to the point of dieing so get to the doctors and if you suspect a miscarriage then again you need to go see the doctor.
Sweety, this is hard for you but believe me there are lots of girls who have made mistakes and you are not the first. If you cannot talk to your parents then talk to either a counselor at school, a teacher or someone that you can confide in. I think your parents may be a bit more understanding then you think though . Do you and your mom talk? If not, do you have an aunt and grandma you can tell? Do this and do it today.

You can have a miscarriage by being overstressed at work, home, and school. Or even by lifting anything over 20 lbs. Smoking a lot, drinking too much alcohol, and using drugs like cocaine and ecstasy during pregnancy can all increase your risk for miscarriage. And some studies show an association between drinking four or more cups of coffee a day and a higher risk of miscarriage. Environmental factors that might increase your risk include lead; arsenic; some chemicals, like formaldehyde, benzene, and ethylene oxide; and large doses of radiation or anesthetic gases.

Most miscarriages occur when the unborn baby has deadly genetic problems. Usually, these problems are unrelated to the mother. Other possible causes for miscarriage include:
Infection
Physical problems in the mother
Hormonal factors
Immune responses
Serious systemic diseases of the mother (such as diabetes or thyroid disease. The risk for miscarriage is higher in women over age 35 with certain diseases such as diabetes or thyroid problems.
With a history of three or more prior miscarriages

LOL

Everything and nothing.

According to folklore, the media, and my mother-in-law, everything you eat, come in contact with, breathe, and/or do can cause miscarriage.

Then again, most miscarriages happen and doctors have no answers as to what went wrong. And when I say "most", I mean virtually all miscarriages are a mystery.

Eat healthy, see your doctor, don't overexert yourself, take all your vitamin/calcium supplements, don't drink or smoke, be careful. If you feel sharp pains or cramping in your abdomen, or if you notice bleeding, get to the ER immediately, so that you can be monitered, and they can do as much as possible to save the baby. If you're put on bedrest, for goodness sake, STAY ON BEDREST.

Bacterial infections like toxoplasmosis, trauma like falling from a staircase or hurting yourself somehow, stress, hard exercise or work, horseriding, anatomical problems or health problems of the baby. But it is not up to you to cause a miscarriage, if you are trying to have one you'll probably just hurt yourself but no miscarriage will happen, more likely the baby will be born with a serious problem if you try all the above stuff.

A lot of things can cause them. In my case, the doctors don't know why I miscarried twice. Tests done after the miscarriages showed no abnormalities. Sometimes they can't be explained.
