I won't do the math, but I'll show you a fairly easy way to do it. 15% is easier as 10% plus 5%. Ten percent of any number is easy; all you have to do is shift the decimal place (it's invisible at the end of the number if there is none showing) one space to the left. So 10% of 460 is 46. So then half of that is easy to see: 23. Now 46 + 23 = you can do it.

an easy way to find 10% is just to move the decimal point over to the left one place. in this case that would give u $46, now divide that # by 2 and add it to $46 to get $69
