eating healthy improves everything.....remember this.....the last place that what you ingest comes out is n your hair and nails. so you will not see any difference in your hair for a while. You need to condition your hair more often during the winter....because we are inside with the heat more and there is very little humidity....so we dry out and this includes our hair.....our hair loves and need moisture....so condition and once a week leave your conditioner on for about 5 min or longner....wrap some saran wrap (plastic wrap) around your hair...not your face....or go to sallies and they have plastic caps.....put over your hair and them take some warm towels out of the dryer and waraap your head up....allow to sit for a while,,,,then rinse really good.

eating healthy improves our lives in so many ways and yes the right fruits and vegetables are good for your hair, as well as your complection.

well getting alot of proteins might. Because proteins are the one's that make ur hair strong and long. You might say where I know these stuff. I know because of Science class lol
